    Meissen Hand Painted Floral Green Ribbon & Gold Reticulated Compote A
    Nice reticulated porcelain compote. Decorated with hand painted flowers in pink, purple, yellow, and orange. With a green ribbon intertwined with a gold band around the center and base. Gold highlights to the reticulation and molding and gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom with the blue underglaze crossed sword mark used by Meissen between 1860 to 1924.
    Has some wear to the gilding. Also has some tight cracks extending off the center where the bolt is and a few small flakes around the bottom rim of the compote and base.
    Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide x 5 1/2 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
