    Meissen Hand Painted Purple & Blue Flowers Miniature Shoe / Slipper C. 1860-1924
    Nice antique porcelain slipper / shoe. Decorated with a large hand painted purple flower on the front of the shoe and small blue flowers on the heel. Marked on the bottom with a blue underglaze crossed swords mark used by Meissen between 1860 and 1924. There are 2 slashes through the mark indicating it was decorated outside the factory.
    Has a few small flakes along the edge of the opening of the slipper, but otherwise good condition.
    Measures approximately 3 3/4 inches long x 1 1/2 inches wide x 1 3/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
