The Portage 4X buffalo fur felt hat is a great hat from the Buffalo Collection by Stetson Hats. Stetson has been the leader in quality beaver fur hats for many years and they are now bringing that same quality that you know and trust in their buffalo fur hats. The buffalo fur is a great material because of its durability and ability to resist water, but it is still a soft fur blend. This hat features simple leather hat band that is detailed with gold studs and the Stetson name. As in the beaver fur felt hats, the X's in the style of the hat determine the quality of the hat. The exact percentages of the fur blends are known only to Stetson, as it is the key secret that keeps Stetson the leading manufacturer of headwear.Care for your hat: Use a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat, and brush it counterclockwise toward the back of the hat and around again. If your hat gets wet, simply shake off the excess water. If it's a fur felt, you need to turn down the "self-conforming" leather sweatband and stand the hat on the sweatband so it can dry naturally. Never rest your hat on its brim as this could cause it to lose its shape. Store your hat upside down, on its crown, on a clean surface or in a box.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping company that will deliver your purchase in the agreed upon time. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders. All orders require a physical address to ship to.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email. Read the listing before purchasing; if you have any questions, contact us by email. Items with free shipping returned for refund will be refunded minus our actual postage/shipping costs (no handling fee on free shipping). Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by the shipper. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Items with Free Shipping that are returned are subject to a stocking fee equal to our shipping costs.
