    Description

    The label says:  The Talking Pen Wayne Engineering Model II .   Fair condition - looks surprisingly worn for something that would have been used in a class room.  The switches work okay and the actual pen part is  just plastic but looks fine.  The unit does work. When you plug it in and adjust the knobs and place it on a blank piece of paper it makes a certain sound.  When the pen is placed over things like lettering it sounds a lot better.  The idea is to teach one with limited capabilities some hand and eye coordination I guess.
